Workplace Issues

Texas A&M Forest Service operates under the philosophy that most problems can be resolved through informal discussions between the employee and the immediate supervisor, or someone in the chain of command above the immediate supervisor.

Problems with a co-worker

If you are having problems with a co-worker, we encourage you to discuss the issue with your immediate supervisor.

Problems with the supervisor

If you are having problems with your supervisor, we encourage you first try to discuss the issue with him/her to try to work it out. If you do not feel comfortable discussing the issue with your immediate supervisor, we encourage you to discuss it with someone in the chain of command above your immediate supervisor.
